How do I place an order on your site?

Placing an order is pretty easy at Here’s how:

  1. Choose a category or search to explore specific equipment.
  2. Select your item and click ‘Add to cart/buy it now’. Once you have finished adding your items, you can „proceed to checkout“ in your cart.
  3. Sign in to your account if you have not done so already. If you do not have an account, simply enter your email address to proceed.
  4. Enter your address and payment information and select a delivery method to complete your order. Once your purchase is confirmed, it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you. We’ll be sure to keep you updated every step of the way.


Are the "FREE" items really free?

Yes, all our promotional items are free! All you have to pay is the shipping cost. The price of the item itself is $0.00 :)


Do I need an account to place an order?

An email address is all you need to start the order process. We recommend that you register for a Adventure-Nation account so that you can start adding your favourite pieces to your wishlist and easily place an order.


I've made a mistake in my order or entered a wrong email-/shipping adress. What can i do?

At first you need to contact us as soon as possible within 12-24 hours. We process your order within 24 hours after we get your payment, but if you let us know early, we may be able to change your order or your address.

How do i make payments using PayPal? How does it work?

Paypal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal-website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful Paypal payment, a payment advice will be automatically generated to Adventure-Nation for your order. It's fast, easy and secure!



When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?

Once your order details are confirmed, your item will be carefully prepared and sent to you. Delivery will normally take 12-20 days after dispatch, depending on your location.

We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. You can also follow the progress in your Adventure-Nation account.


How much will I be charged for shipping?

We will pay the shipping costs for all orders above $50. For every other order on it’s depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items.This information will appear at the checkout.


How will my order be shipped?

All your orders are sent via ePacket.


How can i change my shipping adress?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your Adventure-Nation account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

Can you provide me a tracking-number?

All your orders come with an ePacket tracking number. Please allow a few days after receiving the tracking number for the tracking information to be updated.


I've ordered multiple items, why did i only receive one?

Often, when you order multiple items from us, we source from different warehouses we have. As such, sometimes items will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…They will get to you :-)



Can I reserve an item to buy later?

We aim to provide a fair opportunity to shop our most in-demand styles and as items are often limited, reservations are unavailable. As a result, placing an item in your shopping bag or wishlist does not reserve it.



What is your return policy?

If the worst has happened and you'd like to do a return, please contact us with details/photos of the product and the defect or mistake we have done. Buyer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the product to us.
