1. Your Name & Order Number
2. Date of your order (purchase date & arrival date)
3. The specific product (Only if you ordered multiple products)
4. A few pictures of the affected product
Once you've sent the e-mail we will contact you as soon as possible to check the case!
- If we've made a mistake we will send you the right product immediately!
- If you caused the problem (ordered the wrong product/variant) we can't send you a new item for free
NOTE: If you caused the problem, we may send you an upcoming discount code that is not released yet so you can save some money on the new purchase.
